MULTI-PURPOSE GRANULATOR
RG G series
The crushers of the RG – G series are suitable for crushing plastic material in various forms. They can be used for recycling of technological waste from details, of thick-walled and thick-walled discarded products, of lumps of plastic material and others. There are three types of rotary blades to choose from. A cyclone and a dust collection device can be added to the mills for practical recycling of large quantities of materials and easy transfer to big bags.
Technical Specifications
- The inside of the feed chamber is galvanized to avoid contamination of the material
- Support base for the material, to which a magnetic base can be added to capture metal particles
- The mill opens through the middle of the shredding chamber for easy maintenance of the fixed and rotary blades
- The bearings are placed in bearing bodies outside the shredding chamber, protecting them from dust contamination.
- The mill is equipped with adjustable anti-vibration heels eliminating the problems of uneven surfaces
- Standard configuration with metal box on wheels for crushed material
- The fixed blades are placed on the outside part of the cutting chamber for easier replacement and sharpening
- Motor overload protection device
- Limit switches placed on the hopper and the shredding chamber ensure the safety of the operator when opening them for inspection
