The process of organizing the transport of a given equipment can be difficult in some cases. For the greatest convenience of our customers, all sold machines have delivery terms – DDP (warehouse specified by the customer)
Free installation and training
We will take care of the correct installation of each machine sold and will conduct free training of the service personnel to ensure its proper operation.
Warranty Service
All machines come with a one year warranty. During the warranty period, their service support is free of charge. For post-warranty maintenance, at the customer’s request, a periodic agreement can be concluded.
Machines in stock in Bulgaria
Favori Group has its own warehouse and showroom where some of the machines can be viewed and tested by customers. The company is an operator of the duty free zone Burgas, where it also stores machines in stock, ready to be sent to the customer within one working week.
24 hours service response time
We understand the importance of service support, so the company has hired specialists who, in an emergency, can respond and visit the customer and begin troubleshooting within 24 hours.
