HOT AIR DRYER
RDM series
The RDM series hot air dryers are used for fast drying of non-hygroscopic materials. The devices can be mounted directly on the machine or attached to a frame and placed on the ground next to the machine. An auto loader device for automatic feeding can also be installed on top of the dryer.
Technical Specifications
- The hot air device blows the material from the bottom up and ensures even air flow distribution and high drying efficiency
- The inside of the hopper is made of stainless steel
- The dryer body can be disassembled and its lower part can be cleaned easily and quickly.
- Equipped with a device to prevent overheating
Optionally can be ordered:
• Double insulation of the hopper, reducing temperature loss
• Inlet and outlet air filters
• Magnet for catching metal particles
• Magnetic or standard base for installation on the machine with a glass slot for monitoring the level of the material
• Metal frame with wheels for installation of the hopper on the ground and its easy movement
• Suction box for the already dried material with one or two outlets for an auto loader device
