TWO MATERIAL RATIO VALVE
RPV series
The pneumatic two material ratio valves of the RPV series are used for automatic proportional distribution and mixing of two materials during the process of loading into the injection molding machine. Most often they work with small beside the machine crushers for injection runners and other technological waste. Separate loading times for both materials can be programmed on the device (example- 8 seconds loading of raw material, 2 seconds loading of regranulated material). The diameter of the hoses for the input materials is 38 mm.
