Quiet granulator - rg gq series - rhong

The crushers of the GQ series are designed for crushing and recycling of various types of plastics. The shredding chamber is soundproof. There are three types of rotary blades to choose from. Optionally, a magnet can be added to the power supply and a dust collector device. A cyclone is added to the mill as standard for the automatic suction of the ground material.

Technical Specifications

  • The inside of the supply chamber is galvanized to avoid contamination of the material
  • Supportive base for the material, to which a magnetic can be added to capture metal particles
  • The crusher opens in the middle of the shredding chamber for easy maintenance of the rotary blades
  • Motor overload protection device
  • The fixed blades are placed on the outside for easier replacement and sharpening
  • The mill is equipped with adjustable anti-vibration heels eliminating the problems of uneven surfaces
  • Limit switches placed on the door and the shredding chamber ensure the safety of the operator when opening them for inspection
  • Fully enclosed and noise-insulated shredding chamber significantly reduces noise levels
  • Standard cyclone equipment and material extraction device
