Profile crusher - rg p series- rhong

The crushers of the RG-P series are designed for crushing and recycling of pipes and profiles, most often made of PVC and PE. A cyclone and a dust removal device can be added to the mill.

Technical Specifications

  • The inside of the feeding chamber is galvanized to avoid contamination of the material
  • The crusher opens through the middle for easy maintenance
  • The bearings are placed in bearing bodies outside the shredding chamber, protecting them from dust contamination.
  • The mill is equipped with adjustable anti-vibration heels eliminating the problems of uneven surfaces
  • Standard configuration with metal box on wheels for the crushed material
  • Motor overload protection device
  • Limit switches placed on the hopper and the shredding chamber ensure the safety of the operator when opening them for inspection
  • Separate control unit
