Heavy duty crusher - rg e - rhong

The heavy duty crushers of the “E” series are designed for crushing and recycling of thick-walled products and lumps of plastic materials. It is possible to choose between two types of rotary knives for the crusher. The standard choice is “V” – shaped paddle blades that cut particles through its central part. The crusher can be additionally equipped with a cyclone for extracting the ground material and a dust capturing device.

Technical Specifications

  •  The inside of the feed chamber is galvanized to avoid contamination of the material
  • The crusher opens through the middle of the shredding chamber for easy maintenance of the rotary blades
  •  The bearings are placed in bearing bodies outside the shredding chamber, protecting them from dust contamination.
  •  The mill is equipped with adjustable anti-vibration heels eliminating the problems of uneven surfaces
  •  Limit switches placed on the hopper and shredding chamber ensure the safety of the operator when opening them for inspection
  •  Standard configuration with steel box on wheels for ground material
  • The rear stator blades are placed in the upper part of the shredding chamber for easier maintenance
